My favorite gc game ever was wind waker! Cute graphics and fun gameplay!
Out of the ones in the title, Luigi’s mansion was shorter, but better imo.
Sunshine is slightly better, though neither is great.
I’d get Wind Waker if I had the choice.
Lot’s of people loved Mario Sunshine, Luigi’s Mansion is short and was an easy game. So it isn’t that really hard to beat. So go for Mario Sunshine. Hmmm gamecube games, try this source for other top GC games reviews and stuff.

all 3 are great choices, hard to decide
~Mario sunshine was a unique game quite diffrent from the other mario games. a lot of people thought it was one of the worst mario games but to be honest i liked it a lot. the graphics were beautiful and the water was impressive. but it did have some camera issue/glitches, lol. I also liked the music and the fact that it was the only 3D mario game you got to ride yoshi in (i like yoshi)
~luigis mansion was intresting. it was also quite diffrent from other mario games. i thought it was fun to explore the mansion and created a lot of suspense when you visited a new dark creepy room. though it was short it was really fun to explore and solve the puzzles and stuff. i give it 2 thumbs up
~windwaker was also fun it had an intresting storyline and fun doungons. i liked the roleplaying in it the most. the times when you fight in the game are intense and the ending was great. kind of short but really fun
out of all of them i like windwaker the best but i really liked them all
some other games i liked and suggest are kirby airride and smash bros melee
